Returns & Refunds Policy

At Actimor, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and issues are handled. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return period. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your orderto request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unusedunopened, and in their original packaging (including seals where applicable).

  • Proof of purchase is required.

For health and hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@actimorfit.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@actimorfit.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll assess the issue and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty or not as described)

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition (unless faulty)

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@actimorfit.com.
