Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery timeframes are 2–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $150 AUD: Flat rate shipping of $10 AUD

• Orders $150 AUD and over: Free shipping

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor delivery directly through Australia Post.
